PAYMENT:
All items must be paid for in FULL within 2 days. I accept Paypal; credit or cash through Paypal. All payments must be in USD’s. I do not accept personal checks. All sales are FINAL. NO RETURNS.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is done via the USPS. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. I only ship to the address listed on your paypal account. I DO NOT ship to any other address. I will send you an e mail when your order is prepared for shipment. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive this important e-mail.
Please note that I use only the USPS and while the post office I ship from is very fast and extremely reliable I cannot be personally responsible for shipping times as I do not own and operate the USPS. I promise to get your package shipped in less than 24 hours whenever possible, but I simply cannot guarantee delivery times.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is NOT included in the shipping charges. Insurance is highly recommended and offered at cost and only available within the US. I am not responsible for late, lost or misdirected or damaged packages. My responsibility ends when your package is delivered by hand for shipment to the USPS.
If you wish to purchase insurance please e mail me BEFORE you make your payment and let me know you would like to add it. I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of your request from Paypal. I charge only the actual cost and use insurance from the USPS. If you are sending payment by mail please e-mail me to confirm correct amount to add to your total.
I use only postal insurance from the USPS and charge exactly what they do.
The rates are: $1.70 for up to $50 of coverage
$2.15 for $50.01 to $100.00 of coverage
$2.60 for $100.01 to $200.00 of coverage.
Insurance is for items that ship within the USA only
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
I am not responsible for use of any item once the item is received or for buyer’s remorse- all sales are final.
I am also not responsible for international shipments and any taxes, tariffs or duty that you may incur as a result of your purchase. International packages are not insured and purchases are made at the buyers risk. I have shipped over 200 international packages and have not lost one yet- but again I cannot control customs. Please note that I report the items and cost accurately on all custom declarations forms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO RETURNS) so be sure to ask all questions before you buy. If your question cannot be answered by this store policy page then I will be happy to answer you back. I will try to get back to you in less than 24 hours whenever possible.
